Honestly, the room was old fashioned, not at all like the pictures. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but the unfathonable narrow stairs to my loft room ruined it. I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles—maybe a bottle of water? But I guess that was too much to ask for, huh?

The complimentary breakfast offered a delicious range of options, including hot and cold meats, ensuring a good start to each day.

Unfortunately, the twin room we received was quite small and did not match the images presented online.

the location was amazin, just a short walk to charles bridge and prague castle. staff were really nice and helpful. the brekkie was a generous buffet with lots of options. the rooms were spacious and comfy, especially the bed. we loved the free tea and coffee in the arvo.

the room at the front had some street noise that could be annoying, and the wifi was a bit slow at times.

Noise from the trams can be quite disruptive!!! The air-conditioning units felt inadequate and led to discomfort during our stay!!! Awkward room layouts made navigating tricky at times!!! Beds were uncomfortably low-quality and left much to be desired!!!

Just a great match for a holiday in Prague with good value for price. The daily coffee and cake in the restaurant were a nice touch and made our mornings even better. Don't miss out on the Czech duck dish at the restaurant.

Location is excellent, with easy tram access. The bed was surprisingly comfy, despite the cleanliness issues. Breakfast featured a reasonable selection, but consider requesting lactose-free options ahead of time. For future guests, check in early to possibly secure a better room.

staying at the krize was a delightful surprise on our honeymoon trip! the location was perfect, close to the city center and key sights. i loved the breakfast options, especially since they catered to my fussy-eater spouse.

a kettle in our room would have been nice.
